Does the person have to have a diagnosed disability/disorder?

No. The only time you would need "proof" of your disability is if you went to court because you were suing an organization for refusing to grant you and your Service Dog access.

Dogs love to go with their owners everywhere, whether just for a stroll in the park or a drive through the city. Dogs love open roads and they certainly bask within the presence of their surroundings.
